Mrs Nemakanga Rasodi graduated with a LLB Degree from the University of Venda in 2005. She attended the school of Legal Practice in 2005 at Polokwane (Limpopo). Mulalo served her articles of clerkship with Legodi Phathudi Attorneys for a period of six months. She then joined Legal – Aid South Africa (Krugersdorp, Mogale City Local Office) where she completed her articles as a candidate attorney. Mulalo was admitted as an attorney on the 29th day of September 2007. Mulalo Nemakanga Rasodi joined Soweto Local Office (Legal- Aid South Africa) as a Legal Practitioner from 2008 to 2011. On the 1st of April 2011, Mulalo established a law firm where she serves as a Director to date. She has been appointed as a commissioner for small claims court since 2016. She is a Chairperson for disciplinary hearing at the Council for Debt Collection South Africa. She is a secretary at Soweto Legal Fraternity, Mulalo is also a Vice Chairperson at South African Women Lawyers Association and a member of Gauteng Attorneys Association.
